How To Create a Healthy Back

Keeping your back in good shape is one of the best things you can do to help prevent back pain.

But is there one exercise or activity that is ideal to achieve this?

In fact there is no one particular thing to do, what you need to do is a few simple things to help build good health in your spine.

pelvic imbalance

4 Pelvic Imbalances cause ALL pain

The first is obvious, firstly you should remove any imbalance that is present already. If your spine is out of balance, no matter what you do, it will never be functioning perfectly.

Imbalances develop over time, they only cause pain once they are at a certain level, but it is easy to detect your imbalances well before pain strikes.

Knowing how to detect imbalances therefore helps you prevent back pain and helps to produce a healthy back, as you can monitor your spine looking for clues to make sure it remains balanced and healthy.

Once you know your spine is free of imbalance. The next step is building both strength and flexibility.

You need both to create a healthy back.

Flexibility doesn’t mean learning yoga, or stretching every waking moment. All you do is make sure you use every joint in your spine (and also arms and legs) at least a few times a week.

By simply turning your body, neck, bending arms and legs you are putting your joints through their full range of motion.

Doing this helps to maintain the flexibility you already have and to help increase it. If you find you are less flexible, it may mean you have a few imbalances present, or that you need to stretch more often to gain good flexibility.

Core strength helps prevent back pain

The final thing is to build core strength. It is your core that supports your spine and hence needs attention. Building core strength using exercises such as the Plank and Bridge cover all your core muscles.

But it is also best to learn some simple acupressure techniques to help stimulate health to your spine, to help prevent back pan and it helps in back pain relief also.

I teach you a combination of techniques as part of our X-Pain program, where you learn to balance your spine, build strength and flexibility, stimulate ideal healing response time, all at home in just a few minutes each day.
